I．はじめに

　外傷性中硬膜動静脈瘻は，1951年Fincher^4）が最初に報告して以来，比較的稀な頭部外傷合併症とされてきたが，近年の脳血管撮影の普及により，現在では文献上50例を越える報告がなされている．

　最近われわれは，頭部打撲後，頭痛，嘔気，嘔吐を訴え搬入され，CTにて限局性くも膜下血腫を認め，脳血管撮影にて受傷側の対側に中硬膜動静脈瘻を発見し，経過観察中，約1ヵ月後に自然治癒を確認した症例を経験した．さらに本症例では，脳血管撮影で特異な流入流出経路を呈し，また自然治癒後のそれで瘻形成部位が示唆されるなど，種々なる点でこれまでの報制列に比し興味ある症例と思われた．

The authors reported an interesting case of the traumaticmiddle meningeal arteriovenous fistula which was causedby the minor head injury on the opposite side complicatedwith a subarachnoid hematoma, and was completely cured35 days after head injury without any surgical intervention.

A 75-year-old woman fell down after unconsciousness fit and hit her right head, then visited Matsuyama ShiminHospital complaining of nausea, vomiting and severe lefttemporalgia. Neurologically, no other abnormalities werefound. On plain skull roentogenograms, a linear fracturewas noted on the right temporal bone, but not on the leftside.
