I．緒言

　多発性骨髄腫による骨病変は，椎骨，肋骨を主に侵し，頭蓋骨を侵すことは比較的稀とされている．X線像の上ではpunched out lesionと呼ばれる多数の透亮像を示すことが広く知られている^10），最近われわれは66歳女性に，骨欠損を伴い頭部腫瘤を形成した骨髄腫の例を経験したので，症例を提示し，若干の文献学的考察を加える．

A case of 66-year-old female with systemic myelomatosis manifested by a plasmacytoma of the parietal bone was reported. She was admitted to us for treatment of a soft mass that she noted in the scalp 3months before admission.

On admission, there was a round subcutaneous tumor atop the head. The mass was 5cm in diameter and 5cm in height, soft, nontender and non-pulsatile. Skull radiograph revealed, corresponding to the mass, an osteolytic are a in the parietal bones with its majority on the right side. On CT the mass was of high density, and homogeneously enhanced after infusion of the contrast material.
