巨大な頭部腫瘤を形成した頭蓋骨原発悪性リンパ腫の1例

Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Skull Presenting a Huge Mass Lesion:Case report

I．はじめに

　悪性リンパ腫は近年増加傾向にあるが，骨原発の悪性リンパ腫はポジキン病では稀であり，非ポジキン病でも3-4％にすぎない^3,4,13）．骨原発の場合，椎体，骨盤骨，肋骨や長管骨が好発部位であり，頭蓋骨悪性リンパ腫例は極めて稀である^{1,2,5-8,11,17-19）}．

　今回われわれは，巨大な右頭頂部腫瘤を呈し，入院精査中に腫瘍の増大により左片麻痺の増悪と意識障害を来した頭蓋骨原発悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A rare case of primary malignant lymphoma of the skull presenting a huge mass lesion is reported.

A 65-year-old male was admitted complaining of a huge scalp mass (largest 13 X 9 X 4cm) which was grow-ing rapidly. On admission he showed hemiparesis. The craniogram revealed a large osteolytic lesion of the right parietal bone. Computed tomography and magnetic reso-nance images revealed a huge tumoral mass lesion ex-panding from the epidural to the subcutaneous space at the frontoparietal region.
