Ⅰ．緒言

　頭部外傷による外傷性内頸動脈海綿静脈洞瘻（CCFと略す）や外傷性内頸動脈瘤の発生はよく知られている．しかし両者の合併例の報告例は少ない^{1,6,7,9,11,13）}．われわれは両者の合併した2症例を経験した．2症例とも術前の脳血管撮影ではCCFのみが診断され，塞栓術によってCCFの瘻孔が閉塞された後の血管撮影で外傷性内頸動脈瘤の存在がはじめて診断された．症例1の経験にもかかわらず，症例2においても両者の合併をCCFの瘻孔閉塞以前に診断し得なかった．両症例を呈示し，主に診断につき考察したい．なお症例1はすでに発表した症例である^19）．

We represent two patients who suffered two traumatic lesions in the same internal carotid artery-carotid-cavernous fistula and traumatic aneurysm.

Case 1. A 17-year-old boy was hospitalized because of sudden onset of intracranial bruit, diplopia and right proptosis which developed about three months after a head injury. Cerebral angiography demonstrated a right carotid-cavernous fistula (Fig. 1). It was obliterated with a controlled muscle embolization.
