I．緒言

　"記憶と学習"については動物による実験的研究で神経生理学的，生化学的に詳細な研究が行なわれている。

　われわれは，日常の脳神経外科の臨床から得られる記憶と学習に関係ある所見を整理してみようとした。それにはテストによる客観的なデータを得て，それを整理し，できうれば大脳局在と関係づけんとした。そしてそのテストの方法として，標準失語症検査法^16）（StandardLanguage Test of Aphasia以下SLTAと略す），WAIS知能検査法およびBenton法^3）を症例により種々合併使用した。

Abstract

As is well known, memory comprises threefunctions, namely, registration, retention and recall. It is, impossible however, to test these three functions respectively. As, for example, even with a relative simple registration test such as Benton's test¹⁾, the registration ability can be examined only through the procedure of recall, and as amnesia which is known as a disorder of rcall is also a disorder of retention at the same time, these three functions do not exist independently of each other but exist in closely associated relation.
