I．はじめに

　脳血管撮影の読影において大切なことは，平面的に血管の走行のパターンを認識することではなく，血管の走行から脳のgross anatomyをthree dimensionalに把握することである。本稿では脳の若干の部分について脳のgross anatomyと脳血管撮影との関連をanatomical materials,injection specimens,angiographyを用いて説明する。

In analyzing cerebral angiography it is very important to have thorough understanding of three dimensional correlation between gross anatomy of the brain and cerebral vessels. Gross anatomy of the insula, the sylvian fissure, the corpus callosum, the lateral ventricle, and the brain stem is described with dissection materials. The correlation between the gross anatomy of the above mentioned parts of the brain and cerebral vessels is shown with injection materials and actual angiograms.
