Astrocyteに核内封入体を認めた1剖検例—自験第2例

An autopsy case of astrocytes with intranuclear inclusions: The Ⅱ case

I．はじめに

　著者らは，前回偶然にも星形グリアやベルグマン細胞の形態変化とともに，これらの細胞にエオジン好性の核内封入体を認めた1例を経験し報告した^1）。

　今回は，意識的に病態生理学上，きわめて多彩な変化がみられる尿毒症^6,9,15）を検索し，光顕レベルでは全く同様の核内封入体を認め，電顕レベルで明瞭な差異がみられ，かつ星形グリアやベルグマン細胞などにほとんど形態変化がみられなかった興味ある1例を経験したので報告する。

A 39 years old male was admitted to hospital because of uremia due to chronic glomerulonephrids. At the age of 11 years he had acute glomerulonephritis and was well for the subsequent 28 years. Four years before admission he experienced edema of the face and was diagnosed acute glomerulonephritis.

However he became worse rapidly as the time proceeded with development of headache, nausea, vomiting, tremor of extremities and dyspnea.
