I．はじめに

　臨床的に取り扱う脳血管形成異常としては，脳動脈瘤脳動静脈奇形，胎生期遺残脳血管，Sturge-Weber-Dimitri氏病などが代表的である。一般的にいってこれらは脳の粗大な形態的変化を伴うことはまれである。

　一方，胎生期脳障害，すなわち脳の奇形では脳梁欠損症，水頭症，透明中隔嚢胞，孔脳症，Dandy Walker症候，Arnold-Chiari奇形などが日常臨床ではその代表的なものである。これらは脳血管走行の正常範囲より多少の偏位を伴うが著しい血管形成異常を伴うことは少ない。

The representative malformations which have both vascular and cerebral malformation, hydranencephaly and holoprosencephaly were described in details angiographically.

1) A case of hydranencephaly showed typical transdural anastomosis with leptomeningeal arteries.These findings have not yet reported in literatures. However, these transdural anastomosis between leptomenigeal arteries and external carotid system are often observed among the infants and children with obstructive disease of internal carotid artery.
