　症例は痴呆を認める80歳の男性。亀頭部腫脹，尿失禁を主訴に当科受診。陰茎は三重に巻かれた輪ゴムにより絞扼され，全周性に潰瘍形成，白膜露出，陰茎腹側は尿道瘻を形成していた。保存的に治療を行うも異常行動を認め，潰瘍が消退傾向となった時点で瘻孔形成のまま退院した。現在外来通院中であるが排尿障害などは認めていない。

An 80-year old man consulted us because of swollen glans and urinary incontinence. Physical examination revealed a rubber band tightly coiled around the coronal sulcus. After removal of the band, an urethral fistula of the ventral side was recognized. Conservative treatment resulted in good convalescence. Eighty-five cases of penile incarceration in Japan, including our case, are reviewed and discussed, with regard to motives, constricting objects, complications.
