- Abstract 文献概要
症例は48歳の女性。尿失禁，残尿感，頻尿，排尿後疼痛を主訴とし，他医にて様々な治療が行われたが効果が認められず，当科を紹介された。ヘパリンナトリウム連日膀胱内注入により著明に症状は改善し，O'learyらの提唱する間質性膀胱炎シンプトムインデックスおよびプロブレムインデックスにおいても改善を認めた。退院後も治療を継続し，経過良好である。
A 48-year-old woman with the chief complaint of urinaryincontinence, sense of residual urine, frequent urinationand pain after urination. She took several treatments, whichwere not effective. For treatment, we instilled 20000 unitsof heparin mixed with 20ml of sterile water into bladderevery day. We use the interstitial cystitis symptom indexand the problem index which were designed by O'leary etal in the evaluation of this therapy. She continues this treat-ment and her index scores remain improved even after oneyear of therapy.
