　46歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した。膀胱鏡にて前立腺部尿道に非乳頭状で比較的広範囲に発生した異所性前立腺組織を確認した。入院のうえ経尿道的切除術を施行するも血尿の再発をきたした。前立腺部尿道に対して硝酸銀注入療法を施行したところ，再発・副作用もなく治癒することができた。

A 46-year-old man with complaints of asymptomatic macrohematuria,disclosed irregular mucosa of the prostatic urethra around verumontanum on cystoscopic examination. Pathological diagnosis was ectopic prostatic tissue. Positive immunohistochemical reaction for prostatic specific antigen was apparent in the glandular tissue. Transurethral biopsy and transurethral resection of the lesion were performed. After two weeks from the operation,macrohematuria recurred and we performed instillation of silver nitrate solution five times. After the instillation,he has been free from macrohematuria.（Rinsho Hinyokika 58：339-341,2004）
