　1歳，男児．尿閉による腹部腫瘤を主訴に入院．前立腺針生検で横紋筋肉腫と診断．腎機能低下を認め，また膀胱浸潤が疑われたため，膀胱前立腺全摘出術＋回腸導管造設術を施行した．前立腺末梢断端浸潤にたいしてVAC療法施行し，術後1年2カ月現在腫瘍の再発を認めず，定期的に化学療法を施行中である．

A 1-year-old male infant was brought to our department with a chief complaint of abdominal mass. He was diagnosed as having rhabdomyosarcoma of the prostate by needle biopsy. He underwent total resection of the bladder and the prostate, and formation of an ileal conduit. Since the distal cut-margin of the prostate was involved by the tumor, VAC therapy was done. No recurrence occurred for one year and 5 months after the operation and he has been placed on periodic chemotherapy.
