尿閉を呈した小児前立腺横紋筋肉腫

A Case Report of Rhabdomyosarcoma of the Prostate in a Child

　尿閉を主訴とした3歳男児に，超音波検査において膀胱部腫瘤を認めた。緊急的に膀胱鏡および経尿道的切除術を施行した。病理組織学的診断では横紋筋肉腫であり，IntergroupRhabudomyosarcoma Study（IRS）-Ⅲの治療計画に従い化学療法と放射線療法を施行した。診断後32か月経った現在，転移，再発は認めていない。

A 3-year-old boy was referred to our hospital with urinary retention. Sonography suspected bladder tumor. He un-derwent emergent cystoscopy and TUR -biopsy under general ansthesia. Histopathological diagnosis was embryo-nal rhabdomyosarcoma. He received chemo -radiotherapy based on the regimen of Intergroup Rabdomyosarcoma Study Ⅲ and has no evidence of recurrence at 32 months after diagnosis.
