29歳の男性。主訴は発熱，右季肋部および腰背部痛。超音波，CT，血管撮影などにて感染を伴った副腎嚢腫と診断。超音波監視下に穿刺，11Fバルーンカテーテルを留置して完全な排液を行い，エタノール注入を追加して治癒せしめた。
We reported here a case of adrenal cyst with infection. A 29 year-old man with complaints of fever up and right hypochondlargia was admitted to our hospital. Ultra-sonographic examination, computed tomogra-phy and angiography revealed a monocystic disease of right adrenal. All endoclinological data were within normal limit in both serum and fluid of cyst. The fluid of cyst was dark-brown coloured and showed no malignancy on cytological examination.
