- Abstract 文献概要
6歳の男児が右陰嚢部腫大を主訴として来院した。右睾丸腫瘍の疑いにて高位除睾術を施行したところ，病理組織にて横紋筋肉腫の診断を得た。術後，放射線療法，化学療法を追加し，術後10ヵ月の現在再発，転移の徴候なく外来通院中である。本症例は，傍睾丸横紋筋肉腫として本邦88例目の報告と思われる。
A six-year-old boy was admitted with the complaint of enlargement of the right scrotal content. Right radical orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right testicular tumor. The pathological report showed the right paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma. Irradiation and chemotherapy were performed after the operation. The chemotherapy had to discontinue at the end of the 2nd course because of the severe hemorrhagic cystitis, which was supposed to be the side effect of the chemotherapy. Now the patient is under the observation 10 months after the operation without any evidence of local recurrence or distant metastasis.
