　横紋筋肉腫は，一般に珍しい腫瘍と言われており，特に陰嚢内諸臓器に発生するものは極めて稀なものである。最近われわれは，11歳の男児において右睾丸原発の横紋筋肉腫の1例を経験したので報告し，あわせて若干の文献的考察を加えてみたい。

A case of rhabdomyosarcoma of right epididymis in a 10 year old boy who was admitted on March 6, 1974 with the chief complaint of indolent swelling of right scrotal content, was reported. The left scrotal content was normal but the right was a hen-egg sized, elastic hard mass with uneven surface. X-ray findings by IVP showed normal kidney and ureter, chest x-ray showed nothing abnormal and lymphangiogram revealed no sign of metastatic tumor. Right orchiectomy by high ligation was performed for suspected right testicular tumor. The removed mass weighed 65g, sized 6 x 4 x 3 cm and tumor was well demarcted from the testicular tissue.
