縫線嚢胞の3例

RACHEAL CYSTS: REPORTS OF THREE CASES

はじめに

　性器会陰部縫線は尿道，陰嚢および会陰部が正中線上で融合する際に生ずる皮膚線で，この縫線に沿つて先天的あるいは後天的にさまざまな嚢胞，嚢腫を形成するといわれているが，臨床的意義はさほどもたれていないため報告されることは少ない。しかし，これは外来診察上比較的多く遭遇する機会の多い疾患の一つである。

Cysts of genito-perinealr aphe were frequently observed in out-patients usually with no clinical mani-festation. In Japanese literature, there were fifty-four cases including our cases. Most of cases appeared in 10-20 decade and were common near the glans penis (72.2%). Histology showed mainly columner epithelium (83.3%). Surgical excision should be the treatment of choice, in cases with infection, pain at erection and sexual intercourse.
