緒言
腫瘍や外傷などに起因することなく腎実質内に出血を生じ，血腫を形成することは極めて稀なことである。最近われわれは腎内血腫（intrarenal hematoma）と診断された1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 63-year-old woman, who had complained of left flank pain, was hospitalized with abnormal findings on CT-scan. CT-scan revealed a cystic lesion at the middle portion of the left kidney and the inner density was centrally high. Angiography showed that the cystic lesion was avascular and several arterial branches were deviated. Renal cystography showed irregular filling defects.
Through lumbar incision, a left nephrectomy was performed. The pathologic examination showed that the cystic lesion was composed of an old hematoma.
