腹膜後腔腫瘍

RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR-CASE:REPORT AND THE REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

緒言

　腹膜後腔腫瘍についてはMorgagni （1761）の脂肪腫に関する記載を嚆矢とし，Lobstein （1829）によつて初めて"retroperitoneal tumors"なる言葉が用いられたが，その後，数多くの報告をみ，菅原等の調査によれば現在までに欧米にて約1000例，本邦では200余例の報告があるといつている。

　我々は最近36歳男子における腹膜後腔肉腫を経験したので，これを報告すると共に文献的考察を試みた。

1.The patient was a 36-year-old man,com-plaining of dull pain and tumor in the right flank. A papable tumor was recognized which was diagnosed as retroperitoneal tu-mor by means of P.R.P.(Pneumoretroperi-toneum) and pyelography.Extirpation of thetumor was conducted.It was found that the tumor extended from the pelvic regionto the duodenum.Infiltration was recognizedin the duodenum.Three weeks after the operation the patient died of cachexia. His-tological examination of the specimen re-vealed the presence of retroperitoneal sar-coma.
