緒言

　陰茎の疾患は，視診，触診，生検などにより，比較的容易に診断が下されることが多い。しかし，疾患によつては，陰茎内部の状態をより十分に知ることが望まれ，かかる場合に最も有力な検査法として陰茎海綿体造影法（corpus cavernoso-graphy）がある。May　＆　Hirtl^1）（1955）は本法を各種陰茎疾患に応用し，その診断的価値を高く評価しており，その後もMolnar　＆　Hajos^2）（1960），Hirtl^3）（1962），Hamilton　＆　Swann^4）（1967）らによりPeyronie's diseaseなどへの応用が報告されている。

　最近われわれも本法を各種陰茎疾患に応用し，若干の興味ある結果を得たので報告する。

The diagnosis of penile lesions are rather easily done by inspection, palpation and biopsy but when there is a necessity to obtain accurate information within the penis, corpus cavernosography is recom-mended for such examination. The technique and clinical value was discussed and the interesting findings by this method, from various penile lesions was reported.

The site of puncture is done on either side of the corpus cavernosum, slightly toward the base from corona glandis but by penile cancer it should be done as much possible near the base, avoiding any induration, after local anesthesia.
