勃起時の陰茎海綿体内圧測定

CAVERNOMETRY IN HEALTHY MEN DURING ERECTION UNDER AUDIOVISUAL SEXUAL STIMULATION

　4名のボランティアにおける性的勃起時の陰茎海綿体内圧の変化，さらに会陰筋群の与える影響について検討した。4名中2名で完全勃起が得られ，さらに会陰筋群の収縮時，陰茎海綿体内圧は瞬間的に上昇し，最高値は上腕動脈血圧の1.63倍にあたる285mmHgに達した。また，4名の非勃起時の陰茎海綿体内圧は20〜50mmHgであった。今回の結果から勃起のメカニズムについて次のことが示唆された。1）全身血圧よりやや低い陰茎海綿体内圧で勃起が起こる。2）さらに坐骨海綿体筋などの会陰筋収縮が加わることにより内圧は容易に全身血圧を越え，勃起が完成する。

By direct puncture of corpora,we measured intracavernous pressure (ICP) during erection under audiovisual sexual stimulation of four volunteers,who ranged in age from twenty-four to thirty-one years with good sexual function.Furthermore the action of perineal muscles for ICP was estimated by voluntary contraction of anal sphincter muscle.Full erection was achieved in two of four subjects and ICP at that time was lower than brachial systolic blood pressure.
