緒言
精液路の結石は古くから知られているが，比較的稀れなものとされている。最近われわれは，射精管結石の1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of ejaculatory duct stone in a 22 year old male with the chief complaint of the hematosper-mia, was reported. Seminal vesiculography showed cystic dilatation of the left seminal vesicle and ejaculatory duct.
The literature was reviewed and this is the 3rd case in the Japanese literature.
