まえがき

　前立腺結石は別として，一般に精路（genital-tract）の結石形成は極めてまれなもので，内外文献を合計しても50例に満たない。著者は慢性血精液症を主訴とする患者において射精管に嵌頓した結石の症例を経験したので，その治験を報告するとともに若干の考察をおこなうことにする。

A case of ejaculatory duct stone in a 31 year old male with the chief complaint of the chronic hematospermia, was reported.

The shadow coincided to the left ejaculatory duct stone by plain X-ray film and seminalvesiculo-graphy showed normal seminal vesicle and vas.

The left seminal vesicle was surgically removed by transperineal approach.

The stone was soft pea sized, and consisted of calcium phosphate, and protein.

The histopathological findings of the stone showed clumps of calcification around sperms without tail and the seminal vesicle did not show any tuberculous changes.
