術前診断しえた腎盂白板症の1例

A CASE OF LEUKOPLAKIA DIAGNOSED PREOPERATIVELY

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎盂にみられる白板症は，泌尿器科的疾患としてはそれほどまれなものではないが，臨床的に術前に診断されることは，非常に困難であり，腎剔出標本または剖検により発見されることが多い。

　最近われわれは，比較的長い経過と尿管カテーテル尿中角化細胞の証明および特有な腎盂レ線像から，術前に腎盂白板症と診断した1例を経験したので報告するとともに，本症の診断についての考察と集録しえた本邦報告例の統計的観察を行なつた。

A case of leucoplakia of the right kidney pelvis, diagnosed preoperatively and treated by nephrectomy in a 40 years old female, was reported.

51 cases of leucoplakia of renal pelvis has been reported in Japan but only 8 cases has been diag-nosed preoperatively.

Our case was a typical one with, 1) Symptoms of urinary tract infection for long term, 2) The evidence of hyperkeratotic cells in urine obtained by ureteral catheterization, 3) specific x-ray findings of the kidney pelvis.

The x-ray findings of leucoplakia of renal pelvis was discussed.
