緒言
先天性尿管弁形成は比較的まれな疾患である。著者らはその1例を経験したので，本症についての文献的考察を加えて報告する。
20 or more cases of congenital ureteral valve are reported, since the first report by Wölffer in 1887, but the cause is still unknown. A case in a 25 year old female with the chief complaint of fever, was reported. The differential diagnosis of pseudo- and acquired is important and this was diagnosed as congenital ureteral valve, clinicaly and histologicaly. Total nephroureterectomy was performed in this case.
