緒言
膀胱軟結石は比較的まれな疾患であり，報告例は少ない。最近，著者らは膀胱軟結石の2例を経験したので報告する。
The first case, a 65 year-old male was admitted to our clinic for the abnormal calcification in the bladder region on KUB and the abnormal substances in the bladder on cystscopy. He has been under indwelling catheterization for the neurogenic bladder after the rectal amputation for cancer and due to diabetes mellitus for two years. The clayish and ammoniacal calculi covering whole vesical mucosa were removed through the vertical suprapubic incision. Histological examination revealed slightly calcified bacterial calculi.
The second case was a 74 year-old male who visited our clinic with the chief compaint of urinary retention.
