腎血管腫の1例

HEMANGIOMA OF THE KIDNEY: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　著者らは最近腎血管腫の1例を経験した。ここに本症例を報告するとともに，比較的まれな腎血管腫について若干の文献的考察を加える。

Case was a 60 year-old house wife, who first visited our clinic on July 16, 1971, with the chief complaint of gross hematuria. Past and family history showed nothing particular. Present illness started with severe gross hematuria and left flank pain few days previously. Cystoscopic examination revealed gross hematuria from the left ureteral orifice and was admitted for further evaluation. I.V.P., retrograde pyelogram and drip infusion pyelogram showed defect of the lower collecting system of the left kidney, but aortogram showed no sign of puddling nor pooling of the dye suggesting tumor vessel.
