はじめに
さきに第13回日本化学療法学会総会のパネルディスカッションにおいて大越教授らは急性膀胱炎の臨床効果判定の基準について報告をおこなつている。
その後，著者も第12回化学療法学会東部支部総会のシンポジウムで点数化による効果判定の基準に関し発表をおこない，これらの報告に対し当時，高安，西浦教授らもその意見を発表している。
The comparison of results does not mean anything, when the evaluation is not standardized during the discussion on clinical effects. It would be convenient to analyse the effect of drugs at certain elapse time, compair the clinical picture, drug and type of medication, by coordinating and universalizing the standard of evaluation utilizing the score method.
The details shall be discussed in the original paper but it is quite difficult to decide the points for each finding.
