血尿についての検討

STUDIES ON HEMATURIA

はじめに

　血尿は尿中に血液が混入したものであるということは周知の事項であるが，尿：血液の比率がどの程度の場合に肉眼的血尿として認められるものであるか，また血尿の程度と色調，鏡検所見，潜血反応などとの関係についての詳細な報告は少ないのでこれらの事項について二，三の実験的検討を試み若干の知見を得た。

　さらに当院泌尿器科を受診した患者1,609例のうちで肉眼的血尿を主訴としたものについて臨床統計を行なつたので併せて報告する。

Some experimental studies on the degree of hematuria and the clinical statistics on the cases of macroscopic hematuria were performed and the following results were obtained.

1. The macroscopic hematuria was discernible when the urine and blood was mixed in the ratio of 800-1,600: 1.

2. In order to know the accurate rate of hematuria the specimens of hematuria with a ratio of blood and urine from 1/10 up to 1/3, 200 were best subjected directly to microscopic examination without sedimentation, while those with a ratio from 1/6, 400 up to 1/51, 200 were with sedimentation.
