腎盂腫瘍の7例

SEVEN CASES OF RENAL PELVIC TUMOR

緒言

　腎盂腫瘍は腎実質腫瘍に比して，はるかに稀で腎腫瘍中約10％内外を占めるにすぎない。しかし最近ややその比率が増加しつつあるように思われる。われわれは過去6年間に7例の腎盂腫瘍を経験したので報告する。

7 cases of renal pelvic tumor from the patients admitted and operated in the Urological department of Nagoya National Hospital between November 25th, 1963 to June 30th, 1969, was reported and the literature was reviewed. 13 cases of renal parenchymal tumor was admitted during this time, which means 35% of the entire renal tumor were from the renal pelvic. 6 cases were male and one case was female, and 5 cases were in the right and 2 cases were located in the left kidney. The average age incidence was 56.4. Asymptomatic hematuria was the chief complaint in 5 cases and hematuria with fever was the compaints in 2 cases.
