緒言
腎血管造影法が臨床において容易に行なわれている今日では，腎の上，下極に入る異常血管はしばしば発見される。下極に存する腎異常血管が腎盂または上部尿管を絞扼すれば，当然水腎症が惹起されるが，一般水腎症においてかかる水腎症は比較的稀なものとされており，水腎症例において異常血管が存していても，この異常血管が水腎症に対し実際にどれ程の役割を果しているかについての判定に難しい点も存し，また論議の多出する所でもある。我々は最近，腎異常血管と腎下垂が水腎症を惹起させていたと判定された2症例を相次いで経験したので報告する。
Case 1 is a 27 year old male, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of right flank pain by over working, and was diagnosed as hydronephrosis due to aberrant vessel with right renal ptosis.
Case 2 is a 28 year old male, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of right flank pain and colicy pain at right back, and was diagnosed as hydronephrosis due to aberrant blood vessel with right renal ptosis.
Improvement of hydronephrosis and complaints were obtained by right nephropexy and section of aberrant blood vessel in the above 2 cases.
