巨大水腎症の2例

GIANT HYDRONEPHROSIS: REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　水腎症は腎実質の減少を伴つた腎盂および腎杯の拡張した状態であり，臨床上しばしば経験する疾患であるが，内容が1l以上のいわゆる巨大水腎症は比較的まれなものである。われわれは最近本症の2例を経験したので，その症例を報告する。

Giant hydronephrosis, with content more than one liter, is considered rather rare. Our recent 2 cases are reported.

Case 1. A 53 year old male with nothing particular in the past and family history visited a near by doctor with the chief complaint of left flank pain in May, 1971 and was referred to our clinic. Routine examination showed nothing particular but the left kidney was not visualized by I.V.P. and left ureteral stone was outlined by regrograde pyelogram. Giant hydronephrosis was confirmed by precutaneous pyelogram and nephrectomy was performed.
