Ⅰ．緒言

　我々は最近，相ついで単腎者に腎動脈瘤を認め，治療する機会を持つたのでここに報告し，併せて若干の考察を加え度い。

Two cases of aneurysm of the renal artery by solitary kidey were reported.

Case I was a 28 years old house wife, who visited us with the chief complaint of proteinuria and was admitted for thorough examination of non-functioning right kidney. Physical, CBC, blood chemistry showed nothing particular by admission but various X-ray examination revealed right renal agenesis and aneurysm of left renal artery by abdominal aortography. Aneurysmectomy and ligation of the pedicle of another aneurysm found during surgery was performed followed with temporary hypertension which gradually improved.
