腎盂軟結石症例

A CASE OF THE SOFT RENAL CALCULI: (REPORT OF A CASE)

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿路結石症は，われわれ泌尿器科医にとって，日常しばしば遭遇する疾患であるが，軟結石はその報告もいまだ少なくまれなものである。文献によれば，Alexander Marcer（1817 or 1818）がフィブリン結石として報告したものが最初とされ，本邦では1924年生駒^1,2）の第1例発表以来，その報告は少ない。軟結石はフィブリン結石，蛋白結石，細菌結石などと呼ばれるように完成された状態における名称が附されているが，これはその発生機序が明らかにされていない事に起因している。われわれも腎盂内に充満した軟結石症例を経験したので，化学分析の他に組織学的ならびに組織化学的に検索し，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 23 years old female with the chief complaint of pain at the right hypochondral region, hematuria and persistent fever for 3 months duration, visited our clinic on June 10, 1968, X ray examination showed no evidence of calculi but right hypoplastic kidney with chronic pyelonephritis was suspected by various examination. Nephrectomy was performed and the removed kidney weighed 50g with black clay-like material packed in the kidney pelvis which weighed 6g.
