Ⅰ．はじめに
両側性睾丸悪性腫瘍は1側性に発生する睾丸悪性腫瘍に比し，きわめてまれなものである。著者は両側性睾丸悪性腫瘍の1例を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を行なつてみた。
Bilateral malignant testicular tumors are very rare, compared to unilateral malignant testicular tumors.
A 53 years old male visited our clinic on March 21, 1964 with the chief complaint of induration of the right scrotal content. Right orchiectomy was performed on April 15 with the histological diagnosis of seminoma. 3 years after discharge testicular tumor occured on the otherside and left orchiectomy, performed on November 17, 1967, showed histological diagnosis of seminoma with histolo-gical similarity to the previous one.
