組織学的に骨形成を伴う間細胞腫と診断された無精子症の1例

BILATERAL OSSIFYING INTERSTITIAL CELL TUMOR OF THE TESTIS WITH A CHIEF COMPLAINT OF STERILITY: (REPORT OF A CASE)

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸間細胞腫はきわめてまれな疾患であり，Sacchi　（1895）^1）の報告に始まり，最近Gerwiget al．（1964）^2）は文献上135例を集録しているが，その後Minkowitzの1例（1965）^3），Bayerの2例^4），Johonston^5）らの1例など数例で，本邦では緒方，金子例（1917）^6）の報告以来1965年まで7例のきわめて少数にすぎない。最近われわれは異所的骨形成を伴なつて組織学的に睾丸間細胞腫と診断された1例を経験したので，これを報告するとともに若干の考察を試みた。

A case of bilateral interstitial cell tumor of the testis in an 36-years old healthy man without dysendocrine symptoms was reported. He was a commonly built man with masculine voice but no growth of beard, but a muliebrity distribution of pubic hair was noticed, gynaecomastia was not present.

Urinary 17-ketosteroid excretion was within normal range. Estrogen excretion was slightly increased. The specimen demonstrated both macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of interstitial cell tumor of the testis and heterotropic ossifications was associated by histological findings.
