両側睾丸腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF BILATERAL TESTICULAR TUMORS (SEMINOMA)

Ⅰ．緒言

　両側睾丸腫瘍は比較的に少ない疾患であり，Abcshouseによれば1805年にLivingstoneが初めて本症を報告したという。我々もその1例を経験したのでここに報告する。本邦においては第34番目の症例である。

Patient is a 32 years old male, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of swelling of bilateral scrotal contents. Patient had a simple right orchiectomy prior to the admission, by a local urologist, which was diangosed as seminoma, histologically.

Lymphangiographic and urographic studies were within normal limits. Left orchiectomy was performed soon after admission to our hospital. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of bilateral testicular seminoma.
