緒言
両側に発生する睾丸腫瘍は非常に稀である。当センターで，1972年11月以来41例の睾丸腫瘍を経験し，今回両側性睾丸腫瘍（一側はteratoma with malignant transformation,31ヵ月後片側にsemi-nomaが発生）を経験したので報告する。
The patient was a 33 year-old man with bilateral successive testicular tumor of different cell types (left teratoma with malignant transformation and right seminoma) and the time interval between the two tumors was 31 months.
