両側睾丸固定術後の左睾丸に発生したTeratocarcinomaの1例

A CASE OF TERATOCARCINOMA OF LEFT TESTIS AFTER BILATERAL ORCHIOPEXY

Ⅰ．緒言

　停留睾丸に，悪性腫瘍の発生しやすいことは，古くから知られ，本邦でも，溝口^1）（1903）の報告を始め，今日まで，石山ら^2）（1955）の67例，梶田ら^3）（1961）の86例，入沢ら^4）（1965）の90例などがあげられるが，一方既に睾丸固定術を施して，下降させた後に悪性腫瘍を招来したとする報告は，欧米では，Gilbert^5）（1941），Summer^6）（1959），Altmanら^7）の報告などを見るが，本邦においては，学会抄録に2〜3見出しうるにすぎない。最近両側睾丸固定術後，3年余を経過した左睾丸に，たまたまTeratocarcinomaの発生をみた1例を経験したので，その経過を報告し，あわせて若干の文献的考察を行ないたい。

A 25 years old male was admitted to our hospital in November 1967, with the history of bilateral undecended testicles and bilateral orchiopexy was done on March 31, 1964, at the age of 22.

Patient did well until May 1967, when swelling of the left testicle was noticed and a solid tumor in the left enlarged scrotum with a normal right testicle was found. Left orchiectomy was performed on November 30, 1967 and the pathological findings was teratocarcinoma.
