はじめに

　von Hippel Lindau病は，網膜血管腫および小脳の腫瘍あるいは嚢胞を主病変とする遺伝性疾患として知られる。したがつて，その多くは眼症状，頭蓋内圧亢進症状，あるいは小脳症状により発見される。また，他臓器に腫瘍あるいは嚢胞を合併する頻度が高く，脊髄腫瘍，腎細胞癌，褐色細胞腫，赤血球増多症などの症状で発見されることもある。これらの合併疾患は，無症状で経過し剖検時に発見されることも多いという。副睾丸嚢腺腫も，その合併症の一つで，これを初発症状とするものは少ない。

A case was presented of a 30-year-old man whose complaint was bilateral scrotal swelling and infer-tility. A transilluminable swelling in the left side of the scrotum looked like hydrocele, and the tumor in the right side, looked like spermatocele. The histological diagnosis showed benign papillary cyst-adenoma in each lesion of bilateral epididymis. The plain and contrast CT scan was made which revealed cysts and/or tumor lesions in posterior cranial fossa, bilateral kidneys and pancreas.
