Ⅰ．緒言
隔月にきたす周期的なる排尿困難を主訴として来科したる月経モリミナを欠く処女膜閉鎖症および膣溜血腫の1例を経験したので稀有な症例と思い報告する。
A case of atresia hymenalis and hemokolpos without menstrual molimen who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of periodic dysuria every other month, was reported.
The case is a 12 years and 12 days old elementary school student, who had been complaining dysuria without any occasion since the middle of February 1967 and was catheterized for severe disten-tion of the lower abdomen by a urologist. Antibiotics was prescribed each time under the diagnosis of cystitis, relieving the symptoms but recurred every other month. Dysuria with terminal pain by mictu-rition, lower abdominal pain and lumbago brought her to us.
