緒言
処女閉鎖に伴う急性尿閉の1例を経験したので報告する。
Case is a 12 year-old-female who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of acute urinary retention. Examination revealed that the urinary retention was due to hematocolpos resulting from atresia hymenalis. This menstruation seemed to be menarche, since patient had no abdominal pain before. Spontanous micturition became capable after incision of hymen.
