結石腎にみられた骨形成例

A CASE OF HETEROTOPIC BONE FORMATION IN THE KIDNEY WITH LITHIASIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎にみられる異所性骨形成は，注意してみれば決してめずらしいものではないと考えられるが，腎の先行せる病変にともなつて生ずることが多く，臨床的に問題とされることはそれ程多くはない。そのため臨床報告例は，きわめて少ない。

　われわれは，腎に骨形成をみた興味ある症例を経験したので報告する。

Coral stone was found in the right kidney by x-ray examination on a 26 years old female who had been complaining lumbago.

Careful reading of this film, part of the shadow of the stone shows a slight defect. Malignancy complicating pelvic stone was suspected and nephrectomy was performed. The stone, as shown by the x-ray film had a defect of a small finger tip size and papillary growth from the kidey pelivis was filling the defect grossly. This papillary growth was a granuloma covered with pelvic mucosa and partly ossification was found histologically.
