はじめに

　皮膚筋炎に子宮癌を合併した1例を報告するとともに，岡大皮膚科教室の本症，計21例（昭和30年より43年までの14年間）を検討し，特に悪性腫瘍との関係をふりかえつてみたい。

A case of the disease which was accompanied with uterus carcinoma 5 and a half years after the onset was reported. The cancer was cured by operation and radiotherapy and the patient has been followed up one and a half year.

Review on the dermatomyositis of 21 cases in the department, especially on its relationship with the malignant tumors was performed. Although the reason of their concurrence is not known, the author proposed the possibility that they might be induced by the same unknown cause or constitution.
