いわゆる顆粒変性を伴つた角化母斑に対するビタミンA酸の局所的応用（予報）

TOPICAL TREATMENT OF RETINOIC ACID FOR THE KERATOTIC NEVI WITH THE SO-CALLED GRANULAR DEGENERATION

はじめに

　いわゆる顆粒変性を伴つた角化母斑についてはすでにその3例を一括報告し，水疱型先天性魚鱗癬様紅皮症との関係について考察した^12）。

　今回は，すでに報告した13歳女児例ならびにその後経験された2例の同症に対し，ビタミンA酸を局所的に応用したので，その結果を報告する。

Preliminary studies on the therapeutic effect of topical application of retinoic acid for the keratotic nevi with the so-called granular degeneration were reported.

The absorption ointment containing retinoic acid (0.1%) proved to have a marked keratolytic action clinically and histologically on the lesion.

As side effects, some cases showed erythema, itching, etc., but discontinuation of its use and application of a corticosteroid ointment improved the symptoms rapidly.
