　はじめに

　口腔咽喉頭領域の血管腫は視診などで診断は比較的容易であるが，病変の拡がりや腫瘍の質的診断にはMRIが有用といわれている^1）。

　今回，血管腫の拡がりや血流状態をMRI（dynamic study併用）で評価を行った2症例を，治療経過とともに文献的検討を加えて報告する。

Two cases of hemangiomas of the throat arereported. Dynamic MR imagings were performed preoperatively. The time-intensity curves which were made based on the dynamic MR imagings revealed the poor vascularity of the tumors. There were no bleeding during photo-coagulation by KTP laser. Dynamic MR imaging was thought to be useful to evaluate the vascularity of the lesions such as hemangioma preoperatively.
