　はじめに

　最近，マイクロサージャリーの技術や器具の向上により，熟練した外科医の場合，0.5mm以下の血管も吻合でき，指先の小さな組織片の再接着も可能となった^1）。形成外科領域では耳介，口唇，鼻の再接着に成功し，さらに顔面組織の小さな断片の再接着に挑戦している報告もみられる^2）。今回われわれは，小児の鼻翼の不全剥奪創例に対し吻合可能な動脈がみつからなかったため，不全剥奪創部の静脈と欠損周辺の眼角動脈を吻合することによって生着した症例を経験したので報告する。

A 4-year-old boy presented with incomplete avulsion of his left nasal ala by broken glasses. Weperformed an anastomosis between the angular artery that was preserved at the facial site and a cutaneous vein of the nasal ala site, because we failed to find a suitable artery for anastomosis in the avulsion. The avulsion was successfully salvaged by this procedure.

We concluded that arterialized venous perfusion procedure was useful method for salvage of incom-plete avulsion if a suitable cutaneous vein was in-cluded in the tissue.
