　緒言

　われわれは1991年より1993年4月までの間，頭頸部悪性腫瘍症例に対し，全身検索を目的としてGa-67（以下Ga）による腫瘍シンチグラムを75例に，Tc-99m （以下Tc）による骨シンチグラムを61例に施行した。

　それぞれの核種における集積の程度，位置を視診や触診，CT，MRI，病理検査などの他検査により得られた結果と比較し，若干の文献的考察を加え，GaおよびTcによるシンチグラムの有用性を検討した。

We have performed Ga-67 scan in 75 patients and Tc-99m scan in 63 patients for detection of systemic metastasis of head and neck tumors between 1991 and 1993 in order to determine the usefulness of this scintigraphy as diagnostic tools. There were posi-tive Ga-67 scans in 80% of the patients with pri-mary tumors, 63% with cervical lymph node metas-tasis and 67% with distant metastasis, and positive Tc-99m scans in 100% of the patients with bone metastasis.
