　はじめに

　日常臨床において，患者の聴力ないしは聴覚の状態を正確に把握することの重要性は云うをまたない。そのうち，気・骨導聴力レベルを測定してオージオグラムを作成することはその第一歩をなす不可欠の情報である。

　たとえば，4,000Hz dipは音響をはじめとして各種の振動刺激に起因する内耳外傷を，また，骨導域値上昇のない低音域気導障害は伝音性難聴を疑うべき初歩的知識である。

The clinico-diagnostic significance of audio-grams with medio-cochlear hearing loss or dips shown at 1,000 Hz or at 2,000 Hz in 198 cases treated during the period from 1989 to 1990, was studied.

It was found that when such audiograms were found we must, as reported previously keep in mind that not only the heredo-familiary hearing loss, but also the offsprings of consanguineous marriages, congenital perceptive hearing loss, the so-called sudden deafness probably attributable to the circulatory or vascular disturbances, or aco-ustic neuroma at the initial stage, before starting investigation.
