自記オージオグラムの分析的観察

AN ANALYTICAL OBSERVATION ON AUTOMATIC AUDIOGRAM

　Ⅰ．緒言

　自記オージオメーターは1947年Békèsy^1）が発表して以来，聴覚生理，臨床的応用に多くの新分野を開拓して来た事はよく知られている。これらの分野において，今後特に自記オージオメーターに期待すべきものは，Hirsh^2）も指摘している様に閾値の時間的推移と自記オージオグラムにおける振幅（threshold variability）に関する問題であろう。

　われわれは，以前より自記オージオグラムにおける上述の2点に関して検討を行つて来たが，振幅に関して自記オージオグラムにあらわされる鋸歯状波形はオージオメーターの出力の時間的変動をそのまま示すものではないので，自記オージオメーターの音出力の変化とそれに対する被検者のマイクロスイッチの操作の時間的関係を，2現象オツシロスコープに誘導し連続撮影装置で撮影された波形を観察し，自記オージオグラム上の種々の所見を分析的に検討する事を試みた。

By measuring the time relation between the turning-on the microswitch of the audiometer by the examiner on the one hand and the change that would be created by this process on the tonal potential of the latter instrument on the other by means of a two-beam oscillos-cope, the amplitudes taken on the normal ear and the ear affected with decreased amplitude were analytically examined. The results were as follow:

(1) The points at which the tone makes its ap-pearance and disappearance differ in the normal ear affected with decreased ampli-tude.

(2) The difference of 1 db/sec. and that of 2 db/sec. in the amplitudes of the two ears men-tioned above showed a fundamental difference.
